Having over two decades of experience of working in financial services sector, Nilabhra has mastered core skills like enterprise leadership, strategic planning, financial structuring,business development and an insight for managing stressed asset resolutions.
Rapido Asset Solution is a brainchild of Nilabhra. This is an enterprise curated to provide one stop consultation and execution platform to solve all issues of stressed assets and related complexities. His last assignment was as the Head- Equipment Solution Group of SREI Equipment Finance Ltd.
Deeply immersed in the idea of Sri Sri Rama Krishna and Sri Swami Vivekananda while in school, Nilabhra designed the goal of his life to work for mankind with humility, honesty and dedication.
On a personal front one life goal of Nilabhra is to empower people belonging to poorer section of the society so that they can improve the quality of life. Towards this goal Nilabhra is serving sincerely under the brand “Solatium India Empowerment Foundation”. At present this foundation is supporting over 500 self-employed economically backward women.

During his corporate tenor Tapabrata has been responsible for devising and executing recovery strategies skillfully and effectively. He possesses proficiency and expertise in Documentation including Due Diligences, Security Creation, Enforcement of Assets/Secured Assets, Recovery matters, SARFAESI matters, Execution matters etc.
